You are probably already aware that when a patent is granted for a claim, the legal presumption is then made that the patented claim is true.

A word of caution: if the issue is chronic/long standing, it is important to take enough of the product for enough time to see the results so you may have to exercise some patience. And a note about the taste: the more toxic you are, the worse the product will taste. For me, now, after a good deal of use, it tastes like slightly mint-flavored water.
