This is alike a boa-constrictor, to unravel ourselves appears almost impossible but nothing is. Took generations to create this system and it would and ditto I say for humanity to walk this back.

I object to equating any human with a disease. Hitler equated Jews with rats carrying disease. This reduced these humans to a sub-human state -- making them disposable.
This is what WHO is doing with its "OneHealth" concept -- conflating humans with flora and fauna. That is, reducing the irreducible value of humans. Humans have inalienable rights. They are innately valuable.
If a lower participation costs is accepted could that keep the US in the WHO as a member?
Could there be a UN contract that does now allow for the US to “exit” the WHO unless a full UN exit?
Maybe the word “intent” in Sec. 2 is in the EO for the reason if the lower price deal is accepted the US stays in?
