Hello, nutritionist here. Bravo on giving up the pharma! Have you tried fasting and a WFPB (Whole Food Plant Based) Diet? Food is literal code instructing the body what to do. You can re-code it. I would begin with intermittent fasting - eating within an 8 hour window and fasting for 16. Quitting sugar (in all it's forms) is another game-changer.
While I agree that intake/nutrition is critical to health, I do not agree that a plant based diet, whole or otherwise, is universally applicable. There are bodies that thrive on plant based diets. There are bodies that do not, no matter how carefully constructed or well balanced that plant based diet is.
While it is, of course, true that sick animals are going to make their consumers sick, healthy animals are necessary for nutrition, too.

I keep mine under control with green tea extract. Dropped both systolic and diastolic 15 points in 3 days and keeps it normal. I use capsules as I don't like green tea. Maybe try that? You can google info about it. 😊

Similarly I found that the concept of current via bundle branch to every cell of the heart muscle simultaneously is again a fraud.
Electrical stimulation passes gradually through the centre Top-Down and the fans outwards at the bottom and rises upwards along the outer surface of the heart. I don't know if i will ever get an answer here, but it makes perfect sense that our hearts are torroidal vortex that can be tuned and not pumps.
I have a constant battle with hypertension, but refuse any more toxic drugs.
How can I bring this runaway train under control?
Have you tried biofeedback? It is an excellent, non toxic method for self regulation of functions including blood pressure.
Hello, nutritionist here. Bravo on giving up the pharma! Have you tried fasting and a WFPB (Whole Food Plant Based) Diet? Food is literal code instructing the body what to do. You can re-code it. I would begin with intermittent fasting - eating within an 8 hour window and fasting for 16. Quitting sugar (in all it's forms) is another game-changer.
While I agree that intake/nutrition is critical to health, I do not agree that a plant based diet, whole or otherwise, is universally applicable. There are bodies that thrive on plant based diets. There are bodies that do not, no matter how carefully constructed or well balanced that plant based diet is.
While it is, of course, true that sick animals are going to make their consumers sick, healthy animals are necessary for nutrition, too.
Sick plants will do you in, too, remember.
People in communities where those who thrived on a plant based diet survived and those who needed animal proteins have evolved toward thriving on that sort of diet. But that is not the genetic reality for every community.

I put him, and myself, on a whole plant food diet to contain and control his genetic gout. He grumbled a lot and thrived. I was cognitively happy and my immune system collapsed in 3 weeks.
Intrigued, I repeated this experiment a number of times with exactly the same results.
Nope. I need animal products to not only survive, but to thrive. Different biological strokes for different genetic folks.

I keep mine under control with green tea extract. Dropped both systolic and diastolic 15 points in 3 days and keeps it normal. I use capsules as I don't like green tea. Maybe try that? You can google info about it. 😊
