The testimony you cite was obtained under torture without counsel - it's not actually admissible in a legitimate legal proceeding.
One example: Hoss testified that 3 million were killed at Auschwitz - that number has since been revised down to 1.2 million. Therefore, the witness testimony has been shown false at least in part.

The testimony you cite was obtained under torture without counsel - it's not actually admissible in a legitimate legal proceeding.
One example: Hoss testified that 3 million were killed at Auschwitz - that number has since been revised down to 1.2 million. Therefore, the witness testimony has been shown false at least in part.
